lots of demolition that's right that is what this video is gonna be about and
it's gonna continue and continue and continue keep going like always but
right now Christmas is over football's over Super
Bowls over and the Christmas trees been put away and yeah this is a mess
check this out whew all right how you like my video what's up everybody
its MNBeast doing some remodeling some demo and making this living room
our temporary very temporary bedroom that of course is our front door that is
where the Christmas tree was up till yesterday I well I took the Christmas
tree down a month ago cause it's February the end of February but
yesterday I framed up a little wall over the picture window that's right why did
I use the moisture drywall you know what I had a whole stack of it so I
thought why not use a little bit of it over the window no reason because I have
the two by sixes 2 x 6 studs coming up over the window right around the header of the
window and then a below the window and then I ran two by sixes along side up
and down the window I should have recorded some of that so you guys could
have saw that but I forgot to and that's what it is
I temporary put up a couple racks I threw up my clothes hanger rack whatever
you want to call a pole and hung up some closures see what it was gonna look like
today's project I am going to this literally this is art
living room as you guys have seen in the past and our course our kitchen but I am
gonna throw up a temporary wall here so that way we can still use the door to go
outside and I'm going to be demoing from here back behind this puke wall and
we're gonna be installing a new bathroom a master bedroom so stay tuned for some
crazy crazy beast action now that football is done it is time to do a lot
of remodeling and ooh remember that dungeon that's right and
that little little bedroom is our this is our master bedroom right now here's
our master bedroom here's our master bedroom with our fall out like anybody's
ever played fallout on PlayStation or Xbox but beast isn't gonna get out of
here because behind that wall we go into the puke wall into the living room and
I'm gonna blow out all these walls I'm gonna take this wall out because that is
our bathroom right now very small very tiny but it works it works but I'm going
to just say tune I'm gonna get off of here because I gotta get to work and I'm
gonna be hoping to do a little bit better videoing for this I just wanted
to get up why am I doing this it's basically just a little like a
construction diary for myself so I can see what my progress looks like from
before afters and so yeah woo reached out here have yourselves a great day
stay strong stay wild take crazy and remember we might not have it all
together but together we have it all whew what's up all right so since I just
got done I changed my hat changed my sweaters I'm in and
outside called lumberyard and I heard sixteen footers so I had to put those in
the garage and that way I could start laying everything out but anyhow I
cleaned everything up in this area took down the TV and now I am laying out the
temporary wall ad that I'm gonna be framing up I'm gonna Poly it and on
one side apply just Sheetrock it just for looks for the time being because
it's gonna be a while well I demo on everything else and
future I'm gonna get my tripod out here and put it up so that way it's not all
shaky when I'm recording but anyhow everything's going good got my layout
it's gonna work with my front door I'm gonna have an opening there right down
here and over here I'm gonna bump that out going towards the back wall where
the temporary closet is covering the big picture window and I'm not really
worried about that picture window because as soon as the snow melts and
all the ice is melted I'm gonna be siding on the outside and replacing all
the windows all the sheeting and everything else
whew we got a lot of stuff going on lots of stuff going on but anyhow I'm gonna
get back to framing I just wanted to get a quick glimpse of my layout and the
before whew alright what's up everybody alright oh I thought this would be a
great operating point and I'm probably gonna run this video all continuously so
what's up again I guess I it don't matter
yeah the same person same thing I just got done framing up this temporary L
wall right here I'm gonna Sheetrock the inside and then I'm going to poly on the
outside slash inside facing that orange puke wall so the only reason I'm poly in
it is to keep all the dust to the most eliminate most of the dust let's say
most of the dust on this side of our house while I demo and do all my
construction all the Sheetrock and insulating and so on and so on and so on
so much to do but I'm going to Sheetrock just this inside wall it's just a
temporary wall so I decided not to go 16 on center I just save up on some studs I
did a 24 inch on center layout there's no reason why I'm using this moisture
Sheetrock it's just over here I'm lazy that's right you see that I have one
more sheet besides that to get to my 12 footers and why not this is almost a
perfect 8 foot layout so I'm gonna throw up these two sheets here and why not I
won't have to paint them cuz I'm not gonna paint them and I'll have a little
bit of a purple wall ooh hey sir like going the Vikings way
alright beast out here I'm against the Sheetrock
well I just got it all cleaned up of course you know like always do you
always finish those D.I.Y do-it-yourself projects not always you might want to
have all the stuff accomplished in one day but it just doesn't happen that way
right so anyhow a little quick tour I'm gonna flip you around and give you a
little detail of what I did alright I temporary patch that wall for right now
I just laid it over and I hung up those two sheets going in the back wall i
framed up of course all this and I sheet rock the rest of the doorway framed up a
little doorway here so that way I'm gonna cut that out where Rocky's walking
through and throw myself up a 32-inch door because that's what I have on hand
without spending money and of course that's all hung up over the picture
window I am a lots more to do because what I'm going to do next is
let me flip this around what I'm gonna do next is I'm gonna throw up a wall
right here just to cover up the clothes and I'm thinking I might have enough
room we'll just see how it works out I might just throw up a little false wall
just to keep the bedroom a little bit separate but I don't think that's gonna
happen but anyhow looking pretty good and I'm pretty happy so uh
that's right I'm gonna go celebrate now reached out of here has yourselves a
great day remember we might not have it all
together together we have it all ooh sorry this was all chopped up but I just
had to do it he did a lot of work right
out of here
