What are you making today? Diet Pongal
Ingredients required to make Diet Pongal
Sorghum, Green Gram, Pepper, Green Chillies, Spinach, Ginger, Cumin, Cashews, Salt, Ghee
Take a pan and heat some ghee
Add a cup of sorghum
Add 1/2 cup of green gram
Add some water 1 & 1/2 glass
Add salt as required
Add some chopped spinach and some pepper corns
Add some chopped green chillies & some ginger
Close the lid and cook for 10-15 mins
Take another pan and heat some ghee
Add some pepper corns
Add some cumin & some cashews
Add this to the Pongal
Take the Diet Pongal into a serving bowl
