The Customer Experience Improvement Program is designed so users can take part in improving
the user experience of ArchiCAD. It happens by ArchiCAD anonymously recording
usage data in the background about how the user is using the program and how he or she
is interacting with it. The results are used by GRAPHISOFT Product
Design to focus on areas that will benefit the most people.
With this data GRAPHISOFT can have better insight into which Tools, areas of the program,
Dialogs et cetera the users are working on and how much they are using the various parts
of the program. From this data they can find out, for example,
whether users mainly interact with the interface using keyboard or mouse.
They can find out which parts of the program are not used as much so they can make better
decisions on which areas to focus on. If you activate the Help… Customer Involvement
menu item… in the appearing Dialog you can select the 'Yes, I would like to help make
ArchiCAD even better' radio button and click the OK button to activate this feature.
From that point on ArchiCAD will start sending anonymous usage data to GRAPHISOFT.
You can click the 'More Details' and 'Privacy Policy' buttons to get more information about
this feature. If you would like to discontinue your participation
at any time, activate this Dialog again, select the 'No, thank you'. radio button and click
OK. ArchiCAD will then discontinue sending data
to GRAPHISOFT. Participation is voluntary and anonymous and
can be continued or discontinued at any time using these two options.
