Hey, what's up, guys? My name is Bristian Cale and I'm a singer, songwriter from Los
Angeles, California. And today is a great day for America as the Supreme Court has struck
down the Defensive of Marriage Act. As more and more states near legalization, we felt
compelled to create a music video that focused on an issue that extends far beyond legal
battles.
Our hope is for a future where diversity is not just tolerated, but embraced. Where people
can marry whomever they love. And where bullying is no longer an issue, because we truly accept
one another's differences.
We really hope this video brings about change in hearts and minds, alike. So without further
ado, here's my rendition and debut video of Never Tear Us Apart.
Don't ask me What you know is true
Don't have to tell you I love your precious heart
I I was standing
You were there Two worlds collided
And they could never tear us apart
We could live For a thousand years
But if I hurt you I'd make wine from your tears
I told you That we could fly
'Cause we all have wings But some of us don't know why
I I was standing
You were there Two worlds collided
And they could never ever tear us apart
