Now, lets talk about the correct way to use a formula that meets the previous 3 suggestions.
First, you will want to take at least 1500 mg of Garcinia per day, usually split in 2
or 3 servings. 1500 mg per day is considered a maintance dose, so taking that amount will
help you maintain any weight lost that you may already have. If you want to actually
lose more weight, then you should take up to 3000 mg per day, split again into 3 servings.
3000 mg is the normal max amount per day that anyone should take, especially you are going
to take it regularly for weeks or months at a time. Under no circumstances do you want
to exceed 4500 mg per day, and even then, you want to cut your next day's totals to
below 3000 mg per day. As far as we are concerned, we never recommend taking over 3000 mg per
day. It just isn't worth it.
Now, this is a good time to make a point. Any limits that I state here are precautionary.
Garcinia Cambogia, in the form of the tamarind fruit, has been in use as a food supplement
and ingredient in spices for thousands of years. With all the human consumption during
that time, it is generally considered safe. But anything, even health supplements, can
be abused. So, stay within the levels I just mentioned and you should be fine. However,
if you have a known medical condition such as diabetes. Or, if you are taking medication,
you will want to check with your physician to make sure that there will be no problem
with you taking Garcinia Cambogia.
The second point I want to make about usage is you will want to take a serving of Garcinia,
on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before you eat. And, if you have enough time, you
can actually take a serving up to an hour before you eat. The benefits of the supplement
will be most effective for about 2 hours after you take it, giving you plenty of time to
take the garcinia, wait at least 30 minutes, and then eat your meal. Now, you can take
Garcinia outside of these restrictions, but just don't expect it to be as effective.
So, there you have it... Those are your basic usage suggestions along with a precautionary
warning thrown in for good measure.
