of a toasted English muffin, ham, a poached egg, and hollandaise sauce. Right now, I have
all of our ingredients at hand. We have eggs for poaching. We have our eggs for our hollandaise
sauce, butter, Canadian bacon, lemon juice, English muffins, salt and pepper. Over here
we have our pan for poaching, our pan for frying, our blender for the hollandaise sauce,
and our oven for toasting. So that’s everything involved, so let’s get started.
