In this video clip you'll be learning how to do a basic body roll. I'll demonstrate
facing the mirror. So you want to start with your feet shoulder width, a little bit more
than shoulder width apart, and your knees bent. Be very grounded, lift your knees up
off the floor, and push the heels down. So knees up, push the heels, knees up, sorry,
heels up, push the heels down and head goes forward then the chest, shoulders, head. Head
goes back, shoulders, chest, sit, knees bent, heels go up, push. Take it really slow, lift
and push, shoulders, don't forget the shoulders, it's very easy to forget the shoulders and
there's how you do a basic body roll going through the body. You can have any leg in
front you need to have. You can even switch legs at any point and still make the same
illusion happen.
