Hi, I'm Eric with Urns Northwest. And, today we're going to talk about how to
open up your wooden urn. All wooden urns are going to have a bottom
panel that is secured with four screws. Simply remove these four screws to access
the interior of the urn. Making sure to mark the panel, so that when
you reattach it, that the screw line up. You'll take the remains that you received
from the funeral home in a plastic bag that they came in.
You place them in your new wooden urn. And reattach the bottom panel using the four
screws. There is no need for sealant as the ashes
are already sealed inside the plastic bag that you received them in.
That is how you open a wooden urn. If you have any questions, you can leave them
in the comment section below and we'll get back to you.
