I FEEL LIKE THIS REALLY GIVES ME A LOT MORE FLEXIBILITY IN THE WAIST AND IT DOES IMPROVE
MY ABDOMEN AND I LOVE TO START MY EXERCISE WITH THIS MACHINE.
