Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village
I'm going to show you how to make cappuccino brownie cups. I actually add my chocolate
mixture at the stove and what we are going to do is add our milk and our flour alternating
between the 2. Then we would stir in our pecans. We are going to add about half of this mixture
a good portion of it not all of it though. Just start to really mix this in. I have that
thoroughly mixed so now I'm going to actually add some of our half and half. We are going
to mix that in now.
I like to use half and half because it gives it a little bit more creamy flavor to the
brownie. You can actually substitute milk. I really wouldn't go with 2% or even skim
milk because it would not bind to this the way it should. So definitely you need the
fat. Now that I have this pretty mixed up I'm now going to add some more of our flour
mixture. Again getting this stirred very very thorough. I'm going to add the rest of my
half and half and mix that in thorough. I just tasted it--it has a real nice coffee
taste to it. That instant coffee and it just a real fun--fun snack to make and it is so
good cause even the stuff that we don't use we would use in something else. So just let
the last of that flour mix in and mix it up really good and we would be ready to add in
our pecans.
