I was first introduced to research
during a Directed Readings in my undergraduate degree.
Having chosen a career in research, I understood that I needed to complete an MSc
in management to pursue such a career.
The Telfer School of Management
provides me with the practical and theoretical skills
that I need to pursue such a career.
Now, doing a research thesis on entrepreneurship,
I thus realized that there are practical
and policy implications to what I'm researching.
Now, having the skills and the applied skills
from the Telfer School of Management
gives me the confidence to really pursue such a career.
Having done my undergraduate studies at the Telfer School of Management,
I witnessed firsthand the quality of the professors
that taught the undergraduates program.
Now, it was very natural for me to want to work with them
in the MSc Program in Management.
During my time spent in the program,
I've had the opportunity to work with these profs
and they’ve given me great opportunities to apply what I have learned in classrooms.
Now, finishing the program, I feel like they’ve given me
the skills and the knowledge necessary to further complete education
as I’ll be seeking a PhD program.
