Hi guys, Lauren Battaglini here bringing you today's HiiT workout, which is brought to
you by Kings of Fitness. Today's HiiT workout will consist of four exercises that will be
completed for thirty seconds a piece, giving you a total of two minutes. So those exercises
will be, Jack Jumpers, Touchdowns, Push Up Jacks, and planks. While there is no break
in between each of those exercises during the round. You will get your break after rounds.
For beginners, you should be completing five rounds. After each round you will get a sixty
second break. For my advanced people, ten rounds, and after each round you get a thirty
second break. So I am going to demonstrate what one round will look like. Make sure you
have your interval timer. I just downloaded mine on my phone. Here we go!
Alright guys, so you just watched me go through one round, just as a reminder...Beginners
you are completing five rounds with a sixty second break between each. And for my advanced
people, ten rounds with just thirty seconds in between. So I hope you guys enjoy the workout!
