I am jim morris with Road Runner in Providence Rhode Island
well today we're going to talk about this Couch to 5k program which we've put
together for Care New England
the first time you try it you get off the couch you do a
one minute jog and a 90-second
walk so the first one would be a one minute jog
walk for ninety seconds go back
job for another night one minute walk for 90 seconds and repeat that process
for eight times
that's the first workout puts over to 5k program
over a period of eight to 10 weeks can get you to the point where you can
actually do
a 5K on the roads the benefits on the sofa to 5k program that we've
instituted for care New England
are a better cardiovascular activity
be much better blood flow for the system
see obvious benefit would be weight loss which is very beneficial to everyone

instead of staying on the couch getting up and moving in being able to
accomplish some goals
