So this is hand placement and approach of the pole or the intermediate fireman. This
intermediate fireman gets you ready for the real fireman. This move is a hand placement
of this move is more important you are not going to drop it far as you would on the basic
fireman. So you need to have a little bit more hand strength and shoulder strength here.
