Over time, your treadmill running belt may loosen, and create a slipping sensation,
or begin to shift from side to side.
Tensioning the running belt may remedy this issue.
To complete tensioning, you need the blue handled
T-shaped allen wrench that came with the machine.
If the running belt is loose, stop the running belt,
and turn both the right and left roller bolts 1/4 turn clockwise,
using the T-wrench or allen wrench.
Walk on the treadmill to check for slipping.
If it continues to slip, stop the running belt and turn each
rear roller bolt another 1/4 turn and test it again.
Do this just until the slipping sensation is gone.
Do not be tempted to overtighten the belt.
Over tensioning the belt may cause damage to the roller bearings or the running belt
itself.
