I have conceived a suspicion
about the financial and technological aid being provided for China, which is becoming the second greatest economic power in the world,
by Japan, which is slipping down to the third greatest economic power.
In October 1949, People's Rupublic of China was founded.
10 years after the founding of the country, Mao Zedong raised the slogan "Great Leap Forward,"
and undertook the project to increase both agricultural and industrial productions rapidly.
However, the trial ended up in great failure and caused 20-50 millions of death by starvation.
Mao Zedong took the responsibility for his failure and handed over the power to Liu Shaoqi and Deng Xiaoping.
but launched a power struggle in the Chinese Communist Party on the basis of the enthusiastic support from students and the general public,
and incited Chinese people to so-called "Cultural Revolution", a large scale purge of reactionary elements and destruction of Chinese traditional culture.
Agitated and brainwashed students organized student organizations called "Red Guards,"
destroyed traditional cultural assets in China thoroughly,
and slaughtered those people whom they regarded as counterrevolutionary elements in so savage ways.
Mao Zedong justified those criminal deeds by students and citizens, by raising the slogan "Revolution is not a crime" and kept agitating the people.
Their denunciation was also directed to the head of the state, Liu Shaoqi.
Even young schoolchildren excoriated Liu Shaoqi and Deng Xiaoping as the political enemies of Mao Zedong.
internal strife arose within the Red Guards as well.
Finally, 30-70 millions of Chinese were depirived of their lives in Cultural Revolution.
In 1976, the Cultural Revolution was brought to an end by the death of Mao Zedong.
And the man who returned to the seat of power was
that person, who had been censured and even expelled several times in the time of Cultural Revolution,
Deng Xiaoping.
Prior to this, in 1972, Japan and China had already concluded "The Joint Communiqué of the Government of Japan and the Government of the People's Republic of China."
And In August 1978, both countries concluded "Treaty of Peace and Friendship between Japan and the People's Republic of China."
Deng Xiaoping, who was visiting Japan to attend the ceremony was so amazed to see the development of Japan, and tried to find a foothold in Japan for the development of China.
In December 1978, a few months after the return from Japan, Deng Xiaoping declared " Reform and Opening" and that China would accept capitalism and transform to market economy.
Deng Xiaoping requested financial and technological aid from Japan.
Then Japan's Prime Minister Ohira accepted the request, and the ODA (Official Development Assistance) to China was started in 1979, and has been continued for 30 years since then.
In 2008, the total amount of ODA to China reached 6 trillion JPY.
Meanwhile, Chinese economy expanded on a large scale.
In 2008, 30 years after "Reform and Opening," China became the third greatest economic power in the world.
In 2009, it is supposed that China will overtake Japan and become the second greatest economic power in the world.
Hand in hand with the growth of its GDP
its military expenditure has also been growing.
With the huge military power, China is trying to expand its territory as a hegemonic and imperialist country.
As for Korean Peninsula, China started claiming that Goguryeo is a part of Chinese history, preparing themselves for the opportunity to occupy North Korea when it collapses in future.
As for the East China Sea, China started claiming Senkaku Islands which have been Japanese territory until now.
And on the natural gas fields which lie on the middle line between Japan and China,
China violated the agreement with Japan that the natural gas fields should be developed together and carried out the mining singly in January 2009.
China is giving impetus to its spying campaign for making Okinawa independent from Japan in future.
As for Taiwan, with the establishmemet of Ma Administration, which is pro-China, China is watching for the opportunity of the unification.
As for the South China Sea, China started claiming Parcel and Spratly islands, which belong to Vietnam and Philippines
In 1995, when they saw the U.S. troop leaving Philippines, China built a structure on the islands and enacted "Sansha city" on those islands in 2007.
As for the Indochinese Peninsula, China built plural dams in the upstream area of the Mekong river to control the water and is trying to affect the downstream countries on the Peninsula.
As for the Indian Ocean, China supported the Sri Lankan Governmental Army, who had been fighting with antigovernment guerrillas for long time, and succeeded in bringing an end to the inner war.
China received a permission from the Sri Lankan government to construct a military port in the South area of Sri Lanka, trying to establish hegemony in the Indian Ocean.
China has been applying a part of Japan's ODA to their contribution to African countries to obtain the concession of the resource in the African continent.
The precious tax of Japanese people have been used by Chinese for the accomplishment of their ambition to establish their hegemony worldwide and conquer the whole world.
On June 4, 1989, the Tiananmen Massacre occurred.
Tibetans are still tortured under the oppression by China.
Due to the anti-Japan education which have been strengthened since the Tiananmen Protest in 1989, anti-Japan sentiment by Chinese people is getting stronger.
Regarding Japan's ODA, China had hidden the fact from Chinese people until quite recently, fearing that it might soften the anti-Japan sentiment of Chinese people.
Though the Japanese government announced to Japanese citizens that ODA to China would be stopped for the last time in 2008,
It is reported that the financial aid to China would be continued through the Asian Development Bank to conceal it from Japanese people.
Despite the fact that China has been violating human rights, and the fact that so many anti-Japan demonstrations have been caused by Chinese people, and even more that most Japanese citizens are against the financial aid to China any longer,
"Pro-China" politicians have been pouring the precious tax by Japanese people into China.
In the end of this video, let me introduce the names of those politicians.
