I'm Scott McWade with the investment news you need Hot Off the Wire for Wednesday, April
28th, 2010. Amanda Powell is off.
Now could be the right time to buy into Universal Detection Technology.
That's the word from Penny Stocks Finder. UDT designs, manufactures and sells automated
air-monitoring bio-terrorism detection devices and one of its largest customers is the United
States Army. Volume remains very strong.
More than 100 million shares of UDT traded hands on Tuesday.
Keep your eye on UNDT on the bulletin boards.
Sanswire is taking off. Defense contractor Global Telesat just inked
a deal with the American developer of unmanned aerial vehicles to purchase a 50 percent interest
in one SkySat airship. HotOtc let us know about the deal.
The SkySat airship was initially designed for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance
missions. Sanswire and Global Telesat intend to upgrade
the airship to improve its viability for defense and communications operations.
Shares of SNSR jumped close to 40 percent on the bulletin boards Tuesday.
San West is Penny Prophet's big pick. They say the off-road buggy maker has established
exclusive rights to the San Diego County territory and hopes to increase the territory with future
acquisitions and alliances in the industry. Penny Prophet says the entire industry stands
to make more than 31 billion dollars a year. Look for SNWT on the bulletin boards.
Keep your eye on the innovators at JBI Incorporated. The technology company specializes in improving
existing products to make them more efficient and more profitable.
Penny Omega says JBI is currently working on converting plastic into oil.
It says its Plastic2Oil process has been proven in a small-scale laboratory environment.
JBI is now assembling a full-scale production processor.
Keep your eye on JBII.OB on the bulletin boards.
