Oleg Cherne: The Yi Jing Matrix - Part 1
This is a very complex and a very simple lecture at the same time.
In fact, no accurate description or explanation of Yi Jing exists today.
What we have is only an intelligent interpretation and analysis of the Yi Jing code, or in other words, only an attempt to understand the code of human consciousness, expressed in the proportions of a certain knowledge system known as Yi Jing.
The most interesting thing is that we have to analyse not Yi Jing itself but actually Man.
The volume of manifestations of the basic principles of Yi Jing is immense.
And the question is: is contemporary man ready to perceive and comprehend it?
If this knowledge was designed for Man, we have to ask ourselves the following question: what kind of Man did the ancient people have in mind when they left behind this type of knowledge?
This essentially means that there's a set of conditions or requirements Man must meet in order to comprehend Yi Jing.
So first I'd like to draw your attention to this set of qualities Man must possess in order to comprehend Yi Jing.
We live in three-dimensional space. 00:03:21.00,00:03:46.00 The ancient people, who came up with the Yi Jing code that currently occupies our brains, understood three-dimensional space and had a concept as to how everything was organized.
So the question is: does our mind today live through the comprehension of three-dimensional space or does it exist in a one-dimensional space, like some single-cell organism, or probably in two-dimensional space?
If we take a closer look at Yi Jing we can see it as a sphere where all changes occur in the direction of the numbers 9 and 6.
And once we comprehend these two changes we'll reach a third scheme: 3 x 21.
In this third scheme '3 x 21' there's one unit missing and this unit actually forms the axis.
Thus Yi Jing is seen as a sphere.
The existence of this sphere follows a certain set of conditions, and in order to understand these conditions, we need to understand rhythm.
But in order to understand rhythm, we need to have an axis.
As a result we have different conditions in different planes or dimensions and each plane consists of seven rhythms of existence, it includes seven conditions for frequency transformations.
Let's take sound, for example.
There are three sound variations - each space dimension has its own sound made up of a seven-degree scale.
Thus we get another scheme for the existence of form, which postulates three rhythm conditions.
And in addition we also get the orientation according to the vertical axis.
The next scheme is the forth one: 4 x 16.
It represents the conditions related to the proportions or directions of change.
This scheme is called the Tension scheme and is the scheme related to direction.
The fifth scheme materialized in the conditions for existence is 5 x 13.
5 x 13 gives one unit extra.
Which is in fact not an extra unit but rather a condition for the horizontal axis.
The vertical axis cannot exist without the support of the horizontal axis, and the horizontal axis can be used only if it's filled up.
No crystal can be drawn with four lines only.
The most basic and most important crystal with a centre is the star.
Whether we like it or not, whether we agree with it or not, this is the basic principle underlying the formation of the Earth.
And the basic principle that underlies Man - we have five body systems.
