NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. And today, I am going to tell
you a recipe which is a totally Indian-Indian recipe which is basically a cauliflower recipe.
And of course, this vegetable is very green that means lots of lots of balance diet. Let
us see that--what does vegetable offers. I mean what ingredient what you need for this
to make this recipe. We have cauliflower here. A cauliflower would do for people for two.
Well, we need to have red chili. We need to have garam masala, which is again a combination
of five great masalas of India, the five great spices. We need to have some corn flour. We
need to have some green chilis, mustard seed. We need to have some turmeric powder, of course,
with ginger-garlic base which is looking as usual tasty yummy. Well, we have cumin seeds.
We have onions, which are basically chopped onions. You just take the onion and just cut
into small, small pieces. That is what you call chopped onions because it always gives
you a great, great and fabulous taste. You need to have some salt according to your taste.
We need to have some red color which will surely give the recipe a change, change outlook.
It is going to be red plus green giving you a nice combination. We need to have some coriander
leaves and we are having some curry pata which we basically call curry leaves, rather. And
we have some flour which we'll be mixing it together and making the cauliflower recipe.
