The Man whose Shadow Glowed in the Dark: Real Life Testimony
Before I share this testimony with you, let me say this that: I know that most of you
have come to hear this testimony just to be entertained, having itching ears! but I pray
you learn from it because entertainment is taking you nowhere. All is ending soon; so
feed on the right spiritual food and grow. Other than that you will not make it.
So this guy in question had a security officer job at a college and worked mainly overnight
during which he drove around and spent his much time alone praying and praising the Lord.
But at one point on his shift he decided to get out of the vehicle for some fresh air.
And when as he walked around he noticed that his shadow was glowing in the dark on the
ground. This is impossible he told himself. So he went and got another person, a student
to verify this with him to make sure he was not just seeing things, or that he own eyes
were not deceiving him. He found a student and showed him exactly what he saw then had
him stand next to him and took a picture of them both. "Well", said the student. "It could
be your position". So they both switched sides and he took another picture again but nothing
changed. None of them could explain what was happening. He went an found another person
and try the experience again with similar results. Then he went and got even more students,
both guys and girls and the result was the same. The girls especially were surprised
and did not hold it in, "O, my gosh, maybe we sin too much and that is why our shadows
are not glowing" they laughed and scoffed too then they went away. So this guy whose
shadow was glowing in the dark decided to conclude after the experience that his shadow
was glowing because he is spending more time with the Lord. He went home and told his wife
of what happened she too tried but nothing happened either. So he went on believing that
his shadow was glowing because he was spending much more time with the Lord.
But this is what happening in the middle of the night when he went to sleep. He heard
a voice speaking to him. The voice called his name and said "be careful! Your shadow
is not glowing simply because you are spending time with me". He woke up and reported to
his wife what the voice just told him that his shadow was not glowing simply because
he was spending more time with God. So he put that theory to rest assuming that his
shadow was glowing simply because he was spending more time with the Lord.
A few days later, this same guy in attempts to draw closer to the Lord discovered the
laws concerning clean and unclean food and decided to please His Lord so bad and was
willing to do whatever it takes to draw closer to Him in complete obedience. So both him
and his wife decided to not eat pork and not touch unclean animals again. Again while he
went to sleep, he head a voice again calling his name and said, "Religion will bring you
back into bondage but Christ will set you free". He woke up again and reported to his
wife again of what he heard again. So they forfeited their decision again to not eat
pork just as the Voice urged them and then later on find out in the Bible that that law
in the Book of Leviticus is obsolete: all food are cosher! Jesus said specifically.
A few days later, this same guy while worship pastoring in a church near his town wanted
to build up his worship team so bad that he was willing to do whatever was in his power
to make it happen. He found a guy who was wanting to learn the base guitar; so he convinced
the guy that he will teach him free of charge, bought him a brand new base guitar and began
to teach him how to play it so he can join him at the church he was ministering at. Again
while he went to sleep, a voice spoke to him again, called his name and said, "You cannot
bribe people to church. It is wrong". He woke up, frightened, told his wife what has just
happened and went immediately to the guy he was teaching how to play the base guitar and
apologized to him, told him how wrong he was for bribing him to church and took back the
instrument from him. That project too came to an end.
This same guy, sometime later was tempted with sin left and right. So he decided and
planned to come this close to sin without being engaging in it. And when he went to
pray asking the Lord to reveal his sins to him the Lord rebuked him of his thoughts and
told him, "I want to use you and I want you to be holy". He wept and wept and repented
of his evil thoughts to maintain his holiness.
This same guy just last Sunday afternoon convene with his wife take a nap then wake up afterwards to
do some Bible studies from the Gospel of John in order to get the most out of it. They both
followed the plan and when they got together to learn from the movie, the Gospel of John,
sometime halfway through the movie he fell asleep having become too comfy. Right there
where he was he saw a vision. The Lord appeared to him and posed him the question, "How do
you explain this when it is written that the child grew in knowledge and in wisdom? Then
later on it is written again that the child increased in wisdom and in knowledge? He stammered
and was unable to find the answer but said to the Lord, "Uhm, uhm, they are talking about
it in the movie???!!!!" but the Lord, displeased dropped His face on His hands on top of a
staff he was holding stand up, then rebuked him to have discernment. So this same guy
in question woke up in panic, repenting of having fallen asleep while he should be studying,
begged the Lord to explain the verse he quoted to him and to explain the problem to him.
So he got up from his couch, again told his wife what has just happened and went to find
his Bible and a computer while he was praying and begging His Lord to not take His spirit
away from him. He found the verse His Lord quoted and it
was Luke 2: 40 Luke 2:40-52
New King James Version (NKJV) 40 And the Child grew and became strong in
spirit,[a] filled with wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him.
And later on in Luke 2:40-52 the statement repeats
Luke 2:40-52 Then later on in Luke 2:52
52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.
So His Lord rebuked him and quoted these two verses to him to show him that: He too has
got to increase in knowledge and in wisdom. He was not expected either to remain where
he was spiritually, to discern and use his time wisely.
I am the guy in question and Lord Jesus who inspired the Bible is my Lord.
Proverbs 3:11-12 New King James Version (NKJV)
11 My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord,
Nor detest His correction; 12 For whom the Lord loves He corrects,
Just as a father the son in whom he delights. There is a lot to learn from this one video
so I will let the Spirit speak to you.
I am Xolali, renowned the Lord chosen vessel who is continually talking with Him who lives
forever and ever. Amen.
