No drugs have side effects.
They are all effects. Side effect is just a way
the doctors explain away the effect that they don't like,
or you won't like. But they are effects.
These are the effects of these drugs. They're not just what might happen to you.
They are what happen more often than not. we name them
side effects because they're something that they're unintended consequences. The
antideppression drugs not only
don't make you happy, they have all kinds of negative affects
on the system as a whole. These drugs are absorbed
and distributed throughout your entire body, so they have side effects
through all of your tissues and organs, including your liver and kidneys and
nervous system.
They destroy the brain the neural-net. They literally
kill brain cells and cause all kinds of brain disorder that's why we have side effects
the knot side effects the direct effects
But while psychiatrists continually downplay
the multitude of severe health risks to the public. candidly
they had no problem admitting them to our cameras. I think I tell them the main
side effects.
I don't tell them every side effect because there so many
possible side effects. I would say the majority of patients experienced some
side effects.
People get side effects to everyone every medication you try.
They all have side effects. All kinds of side effects.
Physical feelings, sickness. Headaches, insomnia.
They can't sleep, can't eat. leak they carry the house in this sedation is our frequent
restlessness. Appetite stimulation. Neurological side effects.
tremor or muscle spasms. Deafness, weight gain. Obesity
Weight gain and stuff like that. Decrease performance of *** functioning.
*** side effects can happen. *** dysfunction et cetera
unerring by die or anything I had people train stop
it's really started on predictable. You name it and it could be a side effect
and why can't psychiatrist predict what adverse reactions you will get
because not one of them knows how their drugs work.
At least with street drugs people know
the dangers they should be offered them with pharmaceuticals
people their toll they're safe to take every day.
But far from being safe, psychotropic drugs are increasingly being exposed as
chemical toxins
with the power to kill. Some other side effects
that and become a concern lately are suicide, increased risk of suicide,
increased risk of homicide. These are people that were horribly depressed when
they were given a drug
these are people who are given a drug for social anxiety.
Difficulty sleeping or mild depression
and then become suicidal.
And when they become suicidal and they kill themselves
what the doctor does is go back and all while it's because they were depressed.
The label XL the disorder is what that
is blamed for the side effects when in reality
it the drug that is causing a side effect, it is the drug that is the
problem.
Drugs such as the anti-depressant prescribed to *** Witczak
who took it not for any mental complaint but to help him sleep.
My husband and I 10 his nickname "***"
we are married just too much I have 10 years so we
you know had a long life together and what is a guy who is healthy
on he was it the runners he's ever had a history of depression or any other
so-called mental illness
he was given Zoloft for insomnia. I find *** one night
isn't completely swept through this year in fetal position could go in
kun you can help me I was happening it's like we had that anybody looking
in Kim Kim help me help me we did breeding
on listen to music on
you know parade anything to calm him down from his head outside is
body feeling and a week later he was found
dead hanging and and
it a guy who loved life
psychiatrist claim their drugs save lives but according to their own studies
psychotropic drugs double the risk of suicide
with one increasing the risk by a factor of almost 7
as a pharmacist who has been studying the problem for the past seven years
I do see a glaring connection between the high use
have these psychoactive substances
and the rise in violence if people knew that
the mechanism were not known if these drugs that they could
cause if there's a real chance for them to get
a homicidal tendencies or even suicide you take the drug there's a chance
you may want to kill yourself an active repeat
probably doesn't other examples a significant
self inflicted harm or significant violent others
in patients who had never had that
experience in there and don't like patients
such as Wyoming grandfather Donald chill
dollar shell was a man in his sixties
a gentle man a family man a funny man
them he had had periodic episodes of depression that never
a real serious mental health issues
and became million became depressed had
a down period went general practitioner
and was given packs two days later
he shot his wife his daughter his
nine month old granddaughter and then himself the
first question the jury was asked are telling question
can packs cause some people
some people to commit homicide
and/or suicide Tuesday answered yes
Donald shell was on packs all for only days before his murderous drug reactions
but long-term use of psychotropic has also proven to create
a lifetime of damage and unwelcome fact
ignored by psychiatrists in the long run a main
the side effects may actually be worse then original condition
I don't think the average patient has any idea that the long-term use this
drug is now so see with very serious diseases with diabetes with kidney
failure with
tardive dyskinesia movement disorder that's very serious and permanent and
irreversible
you can be affected by by these drugs
in any part of your body your brain your your heart
your kidneys that's what people die early very often because they are
prescribed changing
long-term effects a hard in some cases to death individual
and more damage is greeted by poly pharmacy
where psychiatrists make a fat living prescribing multiple psychiatric drugs
12 offset the effective another if you have drugs that creates an a fax that
gives you a ready market for more drugs secure the side effects
it seems to me that gets I'm South propagating system
and what ends up happening is that each one of those new drugs that added into
the scenario
brings on another symptom for which there's another drug for which there's
another symptom for which is another drug
and it just snowballs into a vicious circle
love one drug causing the need for another group
sometimes people come and their on
such a cocktail love so many
different drugs for
so many different things it's rare now but I see a senior citizen is on less
than five or six runs at one time
some 12:15 one will lead to the next
and they're all toxic is how the game's play
and his psychiatrist spread their lucrative game of psychotropic drugging
further and further into society
children have become the latest and most tragic of casualties
Rebecca Riley two-and-a-half years old they diagnosed her with bipolar disorder
and ADHD they had a Ron anti-psychotic they had iran
heart drug they say for ADHD in a hacer on anti-seizure
name one other one for sidekicks for drugs at 2 1/2 years
old she can even zip-up room paints
she's like a little radar the school nurse to teachers the principal
the social worker all said they never seen any behavior
in the soap four-year-old girl that would warrant is kinda medications
and all specific on this doctrine said
please taker of these she died
at little over four years old this little girl the didn't have a chance
and the psychiatrist letter instead of standing trial
and facing prison time Rebecca Riley psychiatrist doctor que yo go give fuji
hasn't even lost her license one might well ask
how psychiatrists get away with it? The answer lies
in a legal concept known as Standard of Care.
The Standard Care is based on what two other doctors to you
what would a reasonable physician do in this situation
and the reality is that what
most physicians do is prescribe medications.
As long as they've done their paperwork properly and documented that
that it is child had the symptoms that led them to this conclusion be
appear to be completely protected from any kind alas it.
as a result. The standard of care is
what allows doctors too seriously
injured or even kill a patient
with total impunity. So the Standard Care now
has been implemented to wear you can get away with
if you're a medical doctor, psychiatrist you can get away with ***.
And the death count keeps rising. Psychotropic drugs now
kill one estimated 42,000 people
every year. Cost to society is very real
and very devastating but the medicine they're practicing
isn't real. It's the hoax. Profit always comes before patient safety and they take a
very
short-sighted view are it's all about how to make money today
not what president tomorrow betrayal destruction in a psychiatrist lives in
his path
is and no concern again 2011. And the money
is big. Psychiatry is today over
a $300 billion dollar industry without a single cure
and as more and more breakthroughs are promised by psychiatrists
they're running total ?? sick, injured and did
victims continues to escalate unprotected
it is the public, you, who must defend for themselves.
I'm my wife my bus with seven children
and %ah we love him on the role of favorite each
child we have a staff favorite and that
was extremely special soon kind
generous sure the car really sweet and
caring personality should this beautiful smile
like inviting she could make friends with
basically and stranger on the street and get a smile or laugh
on that was having a hard time sleeping for
maybe for five to six weeks and so we said
that he should go to the doctor and get something obviously
he said okay I'll try to give you some into Latin hearings idea
should have to sleep within five minutes them a five minute visit he prescribed
to Paxil some
when I first saw that the average man hacksaw
she was different like I felt like she was drugged.
And by the second or third a *** I can I just don't feel right
you know I just just strange my skin
after about three or four
days I remember that that was at times
very different like someone on keeping to a cell
my mom and her having dinner ok
she said she didn't have any real motion she
kinda felt emotionally nom
she was like a different person like she just seen pictures on the internet is
something she didn't seem
like herself she said she was tripping out I talked on the phone from still
wanna be there
as a when we've been actually I just don't like myself I just feel thank
previously I just feel I some feel right the I truly believe that she was
hallucinating maybe and going
in at the psychotic state at this point more seem like she was melting down like
emotionally she was just she was becoming worse every day
I is that are you suicidal actually asked her
she lacked any she said no I would never do that I'm taking my mind couldn't let
an external rubber hand now
talk to her much trying to figure out what we're gonna do Chris
somethings not right here can
my son Matthew was right behind going upstairs
I got couples there's its okay
go up and the police were all over the place and
people were coming Cohen about three hours four hours after my daughter died
one of my friends came over and said you know i speaking to someone so
whatever other friends and she set up that must unpack so that's the only way
to kill myself
spoke David
nothing in her they would have to match
most non-violent gender
violently attack it had to be the truck there was no other
cancer if we knew what we know now that would be here
after I know there the tragic story of death
winter is just one of many but he'll repeated
work ever psychiatric drugs are prescribed but psychiatrists insist you
believe
that their drugs are safe and effective because
day are the mental health experts and you are not
but case after case proves the trusting them
can have disastrous consequences psychiatry is
pseudo-science it's fast times he cannot
you cannot withstand rigorous
review if people would just look at the eminent
if they help anyone it's not more the risk to the people that
that
that are harmed by they are B train every customer
they have don't know what they're doing and we need to educate
the public to use their feet
and walk away
and how cam the public become more educated
by exercising a central medical right
little known to the patient but very familiar to psychiatrists
we want to be able to present the patient with alternatives
and one in the central ideas and ethics is informed consent
the compliments have informed consent are leading the personal first of all
what the diagnosis
hands and minds based on something saying this is why we need
to treat you and secondly what the treatment helps
every patient and healthcare system has a right to informed consent
that is they have a right to be told the risks and benefits
have the treatment the risks and benefits a
alternative treatments and the risks and benefits have no treatment at all
patient should be totally informed fully informed about
every medication that the psychiatrist offers to them to take her says
nation take and studies confirm that very little
fallen accurate information about psychiatric drugs
is getting through to the public so what will
full and accurate informed consent on psychiatric drugs
consist of these medical doctors and experts
have extensive experience in the subject their first point
psychiatric disorders are not actual diseases
requiring medical treatment it's true that there's no biological
findings that really support any of the psychiatric diagnoses been medical
assist
in the burden of proof really is the other way around
it's not that you have to prove that there is no biological science
the burden is on the country to prove that the rooms there's no blood test
there's no there's no lab
yes there's no extra ok these are just
clashes and behavior their group
a psychiatrist have voted that it's a busy
can you imagine doctors have to having to have powers to decide if a heart
attack is it
real disease Anna them they don't have to decide that
there at them hold on they should be asking the dark you start where's the
was the chemical test for that where is the objective test for this
and I guarantee you will be told I'll we don't have a
chemical test for that there is no such thing as a chemical imbalance
and anything cutters that you talk to if you asking this question
they'll all admitted in private but they won't admit it in public
it's a scandal so this is all subjective nothin objective about psychiatry
to there is no scientific proof
that psychotropic drugs resolved any mental problems
sincere is no measurement
for the psychiatric diagnoses
because they're really just subjected for the same reason they're really can
be a measurement
for the fact that the drug in terms of medication
the evidence that's claimed as the medications are highly effective
and not very talkative but actually in fact
the data into country very clear that that's not true
what is true is that the medications are fairly
federal more effective than placebo you're selling drugs to people
under false premises under a disease that's been invented
so how do you measure efficacy among the disease it doesn't even exist
3 psychotropic drugs mask symptoms
and come with severe short and long-term side effects
whatever problem you are being treated for
whether it's depression real or otherwise
or great master disease medicating away to some tunes
his not solve the problem Pat medication
gives the appearance having held
because in the short term it usually doesn't show
the bad effects that are going to happen in the long term
so it's very deceptive the longer the patients on medication
the worse the prognosis is none of these medications
hit precise trying it you begin accumulating
all kinds of collateral damage another words other organs in the body
are actually harmed the for the first time we're seeing kids in grade school
and middle school who have type 2 diabetes
and you had the beginning stages the cardiovascular disease
you see parkinson's disease you see toted this company's is you see
other movement disorders his it's true that we're now seeing a lot of deaths
from psychiatric drugs
absolutely yes 4 psychotropic drugs can cause dependency
and addiction one other hallmarks informed consent was psychiatric ***
you have to discuss the potential for addiction the vast majority of
psychiatric drugs
create psychological and and physical dependency
most patient i've seen that were on these drugs have difficulty
getting of it's rare for somebody to just be able to stop it without problem
5 most mental problems are caused by
and underlying physical illness many physical conditions can cause
mental problems or what poses psychiatric symptoms
but the psychiatrist in the record I reviewed psychiatrist
does not do in in-depth study
what could be causing the problem and give
the doctor is in taking the time to find cars
as those symptoms in a fortunately
those symptoms may continue and there may be
a serious underlying medical disorder that's being overlooked
the question is is it better to treat depression a
with the drug or is it better to to treat depression by
trying to figure out what causes depression
and working it out with the patient dehydration can make you exhibit
symptoms of depression
sleeplessness can make you exhibit symptoms of depression eating a terrible
diet hyperglycemia
being sedentary all these things are biological reasons for having symptoms
of depression
might have been my practice children who were this date does
is having a bday tht who really have a
liability seventy percent a mall Porter
classifies mental illnesses actually having physical
cause a physical problem causing a 6
no matter how severe the emotional or psychological distress
there are many effective options that do not involved psychotropic drugs
once you've proven that there is no problem in the body
and that there is no malfunction brain then you have to begin to address these
other levels
of the cell and I think that's what psychiatry has completely stopped doing
now very few conditions that cannot be treated by other message
and the Asian truck any forces that impinge on medicine
that make us think that the drug approach is the only approach
is undermining good patient care and because most non-drug
options are rarely talk to patients true
informed consent is almost never give 'em
when you get into informed consent its
almost any a responsibility are
the patient to maker
and inquiry about the hazard to the drug not rely on
what the psychiatrist position tells them
we can't go in and abdicate our responsibility as consumers
simply because somebody has an MD after their name or someone is a psychiatrist
we think
they know more than we do the best way to protect yourself
is is to educate yourself is to ask questions
not only if your doctor bat to you wanted to do your own research
don't be ignorant be informed get information from as many places as you
can
that's how you'll be an intelligent skeptical consumer and that's how you
will protect the safety of yourself
your children and your entire family from this industry a death known as
modern psychiatry
and as modern psychiatry has permeated our ward
over the last 50 years so too has psychotropic drug
but they're is a way to expose this medical abuse
by reporting all complaints and adverse psychiatric drug reactions
to your national drug regulatory agency
MedWatch is the federal reporting program in the United States
met watches a voluntary reporting system passive reporting system where doctors
patients health care providers for missus
anybody really can make a report saying that they think that damn what they
experienced with their patient experience was in Haverstraw
effect and this is what we call post-marketing surveillance
and this begins to get a look at what the side effects
a long-term or chronic Pearson these
drugs really is ft eight minutes
probably only one percent of all the adverse drug effects are actually
reported
by patience for physicians it is only through the report
up all adverse drug reactions but the true scale
of the horrors of psychotropic drug will come to light
you have the facts share this video with your doctor
and don't allow yourself your friends or your loved ones
to become the next two to stick up the big business
have psychotropic drug to find out more about psychiatry
and psychotropic drug or to report a case of psychiatric abuse
