welcome to Feminine Success Secrets i'm
Candice Oneida this is the place to be if
you are wanting to become powerfully
feminine again today the topic of my
video is about the power of gratitude
and getting what you want
I have a key saying and it is in order
to get what you want you have to have
what you have
I call this havingness and having this is
a lot about gratitude gratitude is one
of the most powerful forces or what I
call soul forces that we have at our
disposal
it is really easy for some people and
for others it may be something that you
may need to learn and foster in order
for it to start to work for you i'm
going to explain what that means and so
why why gratitude why would you want to
start to engage gratitude the soul force
of gratitude in your life well in my
experience the dividends payoff from
justice practice of employing gratitude
it pays off in the light of your own
inner experience in that you start to feel
more light more joyful more happy in your
daily life and you feeling more happy
with your daily life what actually
started happens is the magic behind
gratitude is that you start to will
manifest what I call a woman of is the
things that you want if there is one
thing I have learned in life through my
spiritual practice through years of
coaching training and just my personal
life experience is you get what you
focus on so you may not have the perfect
boyfriend or the boyfriend that you want
you may not have the perfect house you
may not have investments will be getting
the grades that you want you may not
have the things that you want but if you
focus on the fact that you don't have
them then that's what you're going to
get more of its this weird lord of the
universe is that we get what we want
even if we saying
we don't want it right so i think that
i'm going to teach you how to do today
is to rejoice in what you do have and
not be more than what you don't and stay
with me here because i'm going to
explain how that leads to getting more
of what you really want to
okay but we have to start with this
attitude of this gratitude of these
grounding into yourself as to what you
do have
after what is making you happy who and
what you are grateful for right here and
right now they have been numerous
studies done our unhappiness and on
satisfaction in life and they have
compared wealthy societies people in
very wealthy societies and people in
very poor or from out effective if you
like for societies like tribal groupings
and tribal societies and what they've
actually shown is that tribal people the
people who have poor and don't have very
much seemingly are way more happy now
the reason for it in these studies is
that they found that they're really
happy and they feel a lot of gratitude
of the things they do have their family
their children the roof over their head
however humble it is the food on the
table right in front of them right now
and these people have been shown to be
way happier than people that have a lot
of stuff in modern seemingly wealthy
societies so we can take a leaf out of
my book and learn how to be happy feel
gratitude for what we do have so what
I'm going to show you to do today by
working with gratitude is how to focus
or at least refocus your winners on what
you do have right here and right now
what you do have what you can be
grateful for right here and right now
behind this is a sneaky girl piece of
what's behind this is I'm teaching you an
essential spiritual practice which is
one of awareness
I'm teaching you how to shift your
awareness toward what is working
and away from what isn't working so
another way we compared is toward what
is fruitful and bounty full and joyful
and enriching in your life and away from
what isn't this is powerful and cut
stiffen up is the power in your way in
there is power in what you focus on
so how do you do this how do we employ
gratitude to get what we want
i have to stress here and emphasize how
powerful he sees those simple
ok so this is what it is for the next 30
days every morning and every evening I'm
going to get you to write down three
different things that you're grateful
for
so let me emphasize that again three
different things you're grateful for now
the reason why i'm getting into three
different things every exercise which is
60 times rather think of the 30-day
months morning and evening you're going
to find 50 things in your life that
you're grateful for in that moment
don't overthink it just go well and so
grateful for this beautiful sunny day
today and so grateful for the rain that
the universe is enjoying you in
California at the moment and so deeply
grateful for my friend whoever that is
right and you let that be an
inspirational thought and then write it
down and then feel what that makes you
feel now i really want to slightly to
that work ingratitude is not a mental
exercise to say it's an exercise in
embodiment in feeling deep inside
yourself what you feel grateful for
so how'd you feel as far as you get in
inspired to write the three things down
take a moment to breathe into your body
and to feel those three things and how
it affects you
if the thing is when you focus on these
things that you're grateful for you
realize that they are having an effect
on you
and in fact the more you are aware of
the gratitude for these things
the greater the impact and effect they
have on you now want you to understand
that the reason I'm getting you to do
this great gratitude exercise having
this right is that if my experience that
when you learn to be grateful for what
you do have it becomes this rich
foundation roots of yourself you're
psyching your life your mission from
which you can then start to move toward
what you also want
in addition to that not in order to be
greedy or anything but that if you don't
have the perfect partner right now I'm
not saying that you have to stay with
that and that that's your lot forever
but I'm sure these things about them or
somebody else that you actually are
grateful for and it's more about you
here I thought so much about the thing
that you're grateful for is actually
about you that you're changing in this
exercise i really want to stick how much
this our relationship this so forth of
gratitude changes you in relationship to
your life the things that you have and
then the things that you want if you
