in Miami, Florida, and today we’re going to be talking about detoxing the body. Let’s
talk about a more natural way to detox the body by taking fiber. Of course fiber is got
from like fruits and vegetables that we eat, cereals and grains and green vegetables, which
also have to detox a body in a more natural and comfortable way. It’s a more slower
process and more comfortable. Taking fiber also helps to give us all the nutrients and
vitamins that we need. While we’re doing this, I’m going through it as method of
detoxing the body. So the body is not being deprived of all the natural resources that
it needs to function.
