Blanche the Tomato for 1min in boiling water.
Add the Olive Oil to a Bowl and add the Capers.
And the chop the Mozzarella into 4 slices.
Next, drain the Tomato, skin it, and slice into 4 slices.
Arrange the 4 slices of Tomatoes on the plate and arrange the Mozzarella slices on top.
Grab the Basil Leaves and rip using your fingers. Scatter onto the Mozzarella.
Drizzle the Olive Oil Caper mixture onto your Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Basil.
Season with Salt and Pepper as desired.
