One shared goal of people that go to the Gym is shaping-up. Having a body with little fat but defined muscles. How do we better define our muscles?
Two variables must be considered: one is having little fat, and the second one having additional muscle mass.
Many people want to loose fat, but do not control the muscle mass; if you eat little food you may loose fat but you will also loose or stop gaining muscle and you will look thin but with no muscle shape.
The goal is then to increase the muscle mass and at the same time to reduce the percentage of fat.
