All right the box jump what we want to go ahead and do is the box jump yah know this
is only a 12" target and it is very easy for me ahh but I think it is appropriate for beginners
with the box jump what we want to try to do here is we dont' really want to look at the
box you want to try to look ahead and obviously make sure we have a stable platform jump on
nice and easy and make sure that your hips are open Iike to step down ok I'm a little
more mature and my knees kinda like that when I step down so again just go ahead jump up
and step down no let's say that we don' have a nice fancy box we can still get the same
effect with step ups ok all we have to do is go ahead an alternate so if I step up with
my left ok now I'm gonna step up with my right and I'll just continuously move just like
that so you have either the box jump or the step up. Good Luck!
