SII without any doubt runs this business for the benefit of the registered reps. I knew
when I was at my other broker dealer that we were there to be a funding mechanism for
what they wanted to do. We were there to generate cash for them, they were not there to be a
partner and help us sustain and grow our businesses and you knew it, and it was blatantly obvious.
At SII what I've seen is they are absolutely a partner and they are doing everything they
can possibly do to make practice as successful as it can possibly be. They know that they
will be the byproduct of my success but I know we come first verses themselves. I know
that's a fact and we see it every day. I went on a sales trip with one of the SII recruiters
to see somebody at my former broker dealer. The comment that I made to that person when
we were leaving his home is that if you come to SII you will not recognize this broker
dealer from the one you are at currently. You will simply not recognize it as a broker
dealer because it is simply that different.
