TROY YOUNG: The marketing opportunities that I think are
most exciting are certainly the use of rich content and
gaming mechanics to engage people.
So I think we're on the precipice of thinking about
ways of engaging people in whole new ways.
And I think it's being influenced by things like
Farmville and by integrating gaming with people's personal
relationships.
So ways of getting people to engage in very light,
low-friction ways and much richer experiences than we've
seen previously with 300 x 250 animated banners.
I think that lightweight ways to get people into a message
and then opportunities to go really deep and get connected
if they want to is really a new skill that we're
developing as marketers.
