Hi Fitlifer, Drew Canole, it's another Mindset Monday, remember we're in this together. Today,
I'm going to give you three steps to radical abundance in your life. As I get emails from
you all the time and different people all over the world, and they're trapped in this
mentality that the world owes them, that they came into this experience and through their
hard work, the trials and the tribulations that they've been through, the world owes
them something and that's a very disempowering belief. Anytime you leave your house in the
morning and you feel like the world owes you, you're not able to truly give and in the giving
that's when abundance is created. See you can be a go-getter or go-giver and it's very
powerful, there's a big differentiation between that, if you have these disempowering beliefs
like I went to school and there's no job for me, you know, after college you think that
these jobs are just lined up, I worked five years on this job and [inaudible] I was like
unemployed and now what would I do, get to a place, a really dark place where you say
that maybe in this life experience it's not worth living and you just feel like you should
just give up. And you're in this place every single morning, you wake up depressed, you
get this vicious cycle of you know, what's next, I really don't have anything to look
forward to, and it's a really really sad place to be in, it's not like you can just flip
a switch and then all of a sudden you're better you know, you're healed, you don't think about
these things anymore, it's like karate you know, it's like going into the dojo every
single day and learning a different move and everyday maybe for the first three weeks you
don't know how to throw out an accurate punch, okay? But by the end of the third week, you
get it, like you have that punch down, and then we move down on the next move or whatever
it is, that's the same way with your thinking, see your thinking creates your reality. So
in order to get over this funk that you're in, this is belief that the world knows you,
you have to adjust your thoughts, because your thoughts program your reality and you've
heard me talk about this many times in the past, so how do you adjust your thoughts?
Well... First you have to recognize that you're outside of them, that you were never one,
at one with you're thinking, that you are an observer of your thoughts, and when you
can detach yourself from that, that's true power. So if you're in a conversation with
your boss at work for example and he does something or she does something that upsets
you, instead of going into that dream, that reality of you know, I'm really fired up,
this boss really pisses me off, you need to pull yourself outside of that, and recognize
that they're living in their own story as well and then you can observe every single
thing happening in that situation with your own thinking and that's true power. So once
you start to work on this every single day, and instead of having this disempowering belief
like the world knows you, that you've been working so *** something and now is your
time, you need to start reshaping that into how much more can I give? And not be attached
to any outcome at all. You know the sun is not attached to giving us light every single
day, it just does it, a flower that opens up in the summer is not attached to, you know
'I got to show my petals because I want the world to see me', it's not needy, it just
does it. The same if you look at nature there's so many things in nature that just, it just
does it because that's what it does. And that's what you have to become, you have to do these
things just because that's who you are and if you're not currently living from a place
of giving and I encourage you to completely change that type of thinking right away, that's
number one. Number two start to change your environment. I had a mentor long ago, I met
with him, very very generous man and he would meet with me once a week, multi multi-millionaire,
he spoke five languages, international traveler and just an amazing heart centered guy, I
mean he really gave to the world, and one of the first lessons that he ever told me
once 'what does your closet look like Drew' and at that time I was like twenty five, twenty
six, just out of college. My closet was a wreck, you know my clothes were probably on
the floor, nothing was really folded [inaudible] my socks were accurately put in a position
where they should be and he said 'the closet is a reflection of your mind, if you're closet's
messy then your life is messy and if you're life is messy, then how are you going to create
this possibility in creating whatever it is that you're here to create' and at that time
you know, being twenty five, twenty six I'm like this is really really profound words,
really really simple and I chose to listen to them. So that day I went home cleaned out
my entire closet all my shirts that we're not even [inaudible] I hanged up everything
color coded, I've been doing this every day since and that literally shaped my entire
environment from the closet to my kitchen to my house to everything. People walk in
my house and they're like 'Is it always this clean?' absolutely it is, because that's where
you create from. So if your environment's messy, then your mind is messy. So part of
your homework in watching this video is to take massive action and most of the times
maybe you watch 5 or 10 YouTube videos and you don't do anything, you know you sit, you
think about it and you see another YouTube video and another YouTube video and then a
year goes by and you're like 'wow how come my life hasn't changed' it's because you didn't
take action. So my mentor told me at that time to do this and I did it, there's very
few people on the planet that get information and implement it. I have a feeling that if
you're watching this video you're one of these people that's going to take action, and actually
follow through and do this thing. So that's what I want you to do, I want you to clean
the closet out. And now let's get back, let's tie all of this together because in the beginning
I wanted to talk about radical abundance in your life, 'Drew how does this have to do
with money, 'how does this have to creating a life that just effortless and I have money
coming to me' and everywhere you know, it all comes together. So step number one was
thinking right? Changing your thoughts. Step number two was changing your environment.
Step number three is a tool, tangible system that I'm going to give to you that's automatically
going to help you change your thinking which is the all encompassing purpose of this video.
Once we do that we can change the material experience in your life. One thing that I
do and I've, I started doing this a crazy system, it's real simple and easy. Step number
one is to get a Mason jar, okay? Step number two is to get sticky notes or note cards or
whatever else and every time something happens in your life that you're grateful for, that
is a sign of abundance, it can be the smallest thing, it doesn't have to be anything that
great in the beginning, you put it in here, so this goes hand-in-hand with the law of
manifestation and I'm going to talk about that in another one of these Mindset Mondays,
but the more we can observe the world, nature, outside experiences and situations conforming
to our very thoughts because when noticing it, the more these circumstances, and events,
the people, the places, the things are going to start to show up so that we can put more
in this jar. This jar is just an analogy of your life, it's the memories that you hold,
it's the creations that you're able to bring into the material [plane], so the more gratitude
you have, the more desires that you're seeking in this life, put them in here and then just
close the jar, every once in awhile we all hit a negative patch, we all come to this
place that you know, [inaudible] I didn't make much money in my sales commission last
week, what's going on. And you start to doubt who you are, I don't even want that to happen
to you again, so the full proof system is to reflect back at this glorious moments,
these moments on time where you transcended who you are, and you were the observer and
you recognized that you have a lot to be grateful for, so put the note here. So step number
one, changing your thoughts, this will definitely help with that, step number two changing your
environment and then using this tool to do exactly that is step number three. So I'm
Drew Canole and this is Mindset Monday, if you got anything at all from this video, give
it a big old thumbs up, leave a comment below, future Mindset Mondays that you would like
to see, and we'll go about creating them in Fitlife.TV, Drew Canole, remember we're in
this together, I'll see you soon.
