I am extremely fortunate because I have an amazing team of people.
The technicians that we have here are outstanding.
They are exceptional.
while they are responsible for repairing devices, that also come up with some of the sharpest
marketing concepts. We work together to
come up with grow strategies for our business. To pick the next location to go to and also
take care of every customer that walks in that door.
I think that anyone that's been involved in a startup recognizes that you pretty much
wear every hat.
I will say that I have a very generous group of people
that are willing to do the same thing.
So, weather it's opening up in the morning, bringing in customer devices, calling people
when their devices are ready, helping with repairs when needed. That describes every
job of every person here.
I interviewed about two hundred people to find the technicians I have.
Both of the individuals, i have two specific full time technicians, I'm referring to right
now.
Had previously been involved in running their own shop.
Combined they had laptop, gaming, cellphone, and tablet repair experience.
But yet also, had just a very unique ability to learn and share best practices.
A lot of times when you have a really strong skill set, I think it's easy to get into the
mind set that you should tell everyone else what to do and that it's hard to listen and
learn yourself. and our team is not at all like that.
They have an opportunity, as we started with one location in Kansas City, our goal is six
to ten.
To certainly create any career path that they want
and we're extremely proud of each other.
Definitely blood sweat and tears as a team.
