We're going to take our Twist and accent it back and use it to turn around in a circle.
So keep your right foot forward, left foot back and accent’s on the back. Downbeat's
on the back, not the front. Back and forward, back, so this is a Single Twist. Back and
forward, back and forward. Good. Now start to turn, accent that backward action. Back,
make sure you're not letting your butt stick out, okay. Keep the belly button pulled in.
Keep it a twist, don't let the hips come up or down. Twist straight back and forward,
back and forward, back and forward. Let's try it on Releve. Back, forward, little faster.
Back, back, back, we can switch the arms out. Back, as long as we're not waving around.
Back, back, back. Left side, left foot forward, right foot back. Back and forward, back and
forward, so that left hip's coming back and forward, back and forward, back and forward,
back and forward. Double time. Back, up on Releve, keep that weight on the balls of your
feet, don't let your butt stick out, keep your body position nice and clear, good. Make
sure you practice in front of a mirror, you can get the body position correct on this
one.
