Hi everyone! I know you've been waiting patiently to see
chocolate chip cookies baked on the Neko Cafe baking mat.
And now the time has come. I will be making coconut chocolate chip cookies.
I've used the basic Toll House cookie recipe and replaced the one cup of nuts with one
cup of shredded, sweetened coconut. Here is the coconut chocolate chip cookie
dough. I'm going to drop large spoonfuls on the Neko
Cafe baking mat, making sure to keep each spoonful approximately two inches apart.
This amount of dough will need more than one baking mat.
We sell the baking mats in sets of two for this reason.
While you bake one tray in the oven, you get the next one ready for the oven.
I'm going to finish putting these on the baking mat and then we'll take a look at the finished
cookies. I will be baking these at three-hundred seventy-five
degrees for about ten to twelve minutes. The cookies are done and don't they look yummy!
Evenly baked and full of gooey chocolate and chewy coconut.
Try this recipe soon. I think your family will love them as much
as mine.
