Jacinta: The best thing about being a student at Enmore Design Centre
would have to be being a part of their ongoing reputation in the Industry.
Kylie: Our lecturers were all professionals in the industry
and we learnt a lot from their real life experiences
as well as what they had to offer us as lecturers.
Athalie: I'm working part time in the industry,
it's just really great to actually be in the industry and be furthering my skills
and be getting experience.
Amy: There's a huge supportive network and the campus is a very creative campus,
it was a great experience.
Charlotte: I would recommend the Bachelor of Design at TAFE this year
because I think it's really a different approach from university, what they can offer
Lisa: I would recommend doing the Bachelor of Design to anyone that is interested
in joining the industry as it's a small and intimate environment the teachers
are really great and supportive and I really enjoyed learning there.
Professor Mark Wainwright: It's my great pleasure to welcome you all here today,
thank you for joining us for our first graduation ceremony.
Congratulations to you young people, it's a fabulous effort on your part.
Hon. Adrian Picolli: I am very delighted to be here today participating in this
graduation of the first group of TAFE NSW Higher Education students. I wish you
all success and great satisfaction in whatever career you may choose to pursue.
Professor Ross Milbourne: TAFE and UTS actually share a long history,
both of our organisations and in fact also the University of New South Wales
trace our beginnings to 1833 with the formation of the Sydney Mechanics School of the Arts,
which was the first institution to offer technical training in Sydney and
predates the University of Sydney.
David Riordan: TAFE NSW Higher Education Governing Council has resolved that candidates
have completed all requirements of a course of study and has conferred these awards upon them.

Madeline Lester: In my professional role, both nationally and internationally,
I can really appreciate the level of effort that has been made by TAFE NSW Higher Education
to offer such a degree and to the graduates to for your personal contribution
to achieve this. Enmore TAFE NSW graduates continue to receive numerous accolades
and are very well respected within the industry.
Pam Christie: Our graduates today are now part of our proud history and I'd also
personally like to extend my congratulations and the congratulations from all of
our many many staff and students across TAFE NSW
to your achievement and wish you great success in your future careers.
Jacinta Ring: With the completion of the Bachelor of Design, we receive a qualification
that carries universal recognition and acceptance of our education
expanding our career prospects to include the global design community.
The high regard in which Design Centre Enmore is held within the Australian Design
Industry will now transpire to the global arena.
