What are you going to make? Mutton Mamidikaya (Lamb & Mango Pickle)
Ingredients required to make Mutton Mamidikaya
Mutton, Green Mango, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onion Paste, Coriander, Chilli Powder, Salt, Oil
Take 1/2 kg of mutton and add some salt and some ginger garlic paste to it
Add a little turmeric powder, some red chilli powder
Mix it and let it stand for a while
Take a pan and heat some oil
Add some garlic and some green chillies
Add a cup of onion paste
Add a little salt
Add the mutton into the pan
Cook for 5 mins
Add a cup of chopped green mango
Take a cup of powdered coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cumin
Add 2 tbsp of this mixed spice into the pan
Add a glass of water
Close the lid and cook for 15 - 20 mins (4 whistles on a whistling pressure cooker)
Now, open the lid and put the pan/pot on the stove again and add some coriander leaves
Coom for 5 mins
Take it into a serving bowl
