Five years ago, or so, I, um, went to go see another doctor because I was having some issues,
um, with my menstrual cycle and, um, she informed me that, um, I had uterine fibroids, and so
she actually referred me to Dr. Kaldas. Um, saying that he was one of the best surgeons,
um, to see, that he's done many of those surgeries. My first surgery went really well. Um, about
a year and a half ago, I was going through, um, some stressful situations and so I thought
that was affecting my monthly cycle. It was heavier, that there was clotting, I was really
tired. I was going through this Restless Leg Syndrome. Just, you know, no way to live a
life. It turned out that my fibroids returned which was common. I just wanted the laparoscopic
hysterectomy. It was the best solution for me at the time. I asked him, I said, you know
is there any way that you could fit me in before the end of the year and, um, he actually
said to me that he always sets aside one appointment time at the end of the year for, like, a special
person, or a special situation and, sure enough, he was able to perform the surgery so I spent,
um, New Year's Eve in the hospital because my surgery was done on the 31st. So. And I
was up and walking around at midnight. that night. That's how I brought in the new year.
Very little pain, um, no bleeding, it was amazing how Dr. Kaldas did it. And his talent
is exceptional. It's just completely changed for the better.
