SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert
Village. The last move, we'll come into our vajra-asana diamond pose, sometimes called
the rock pose. From a seated position, we inhale the arms up, exhale the arms down,
inhale across and exhale back. In, out, in, out, in, out, in, out. This increases circulation.
Now, we're going to shift it slightly. One more round. Cross, back, take the arms back
like large wings, exhale. Bring the arms close together. Inhale, lift the tail. Tuck the
tail as you exhale. This increases your aura around the body, tremendously opening to the
heart. Let's go ahead and take the arms up. Exhale back, inhale across. We'll come up,
across the ankles and sit back. Coming into a comfortable seated position and meditate
here.
