Welcome to AT&T How to videos.
Today we will show you how to Turn Call Forwarding On or Off with the Samsung Galaxy S® 4
From the start screen, tap the Phone Icon.
Next press then Menu key, and then tap Call settings.
Now tap Additional settings.
Then tap Call forwarding.
Tap Always forward. Please Note: The other forwarding options are enabled by default
and forward calls to your voicemail.
Turn on: Enter the desired number, and then tap Enable. Please Note: When call forwarding
is on. Phone Icon will be displayed in the notification bar.
Turn off: Tap Disable. Please Note: To change the call forwarding number, tap Update.
You may also manage immediate call forwarding from the call screen of your device.
To turn on, enter **21* followed by the 10 digit number you wish to forward to, and then
tap Call. To turn off, enter **21* on the device, and
then tap Call. If further assistance is needed feel free

for the first time you will need to enter your device model and click "Go".
