Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we are going to look at a preparation for over-the-tops. So, let's
turn around and let's start this. This can also be a preparation like to do before buffalos,
so I'm going to show you how to do that with the buffalos, and in another little clip we're
going to work on the over-the-tops. So, here we go. To break it down, you're going to step
with your foot forward. You have front, together, and you're going to step right back onto the
right. Back, together, so do it again. Five, six, seven, we've got, front together, back
together. We're going to brush on our right foot forward on the ball of the foot, brush,
heel, toe, look at that. Ready? So try last part again. We just did brush, heel, toe,
again, brush, heel, toe, awesome. Let's put that together. Five, six, seven, so we've
got, front together, back together, brush, heel, toe. Awesome. One more time. Five, six,
seven, so we've got, front together, back together, brush, heel, toe. From there, your
foot's ready and crossed, you could do the buffalo. And, jump, shuffle, jump. Jump, shuffle,
jump. Jump, shuffle, jump. Step, and...you'd be ready to do the left. Front together, back
together, brush, heel, toe, buffalo. Buffalo one, buffalo two, buffalo three, step, you're
done. That again, was the preparation for over-the-tops or you can even use it in your
buffalos.
