Today I will be explaining how to make Chicken Curry in Simple Method.
For Todays Chicken Curry We should take Chest part of Chicken.So that Bones will be less
first let us know the ingredients to prepare Chicken Curry.
Chicken 1 KG
onion If very small 12,If Medium Size 8,If Big size 6 are enough
Chilli Powder 3 Spoons
Salt 2.5 Spoons,Turmeric Powder 1/4 Spoon,Masala powder 3 Spoons
Ginger and Garlic Paste 3 Spoons,
Coriander quantity as shown as u require,Curry Leafs 25 Leafs
So Lets star preparing chicken Curry
First We had to wash chicken cleanly.Wash as shown in video so that Chicken will be washed clearly.
After cleaning the Chicken COver it with a plate and place it in refrigerator So that it will not spoil.
For 1 Kg as mentioned Before take 12 if small Onions.Take 8 if Medium Sized,Take 6 If big size
Ginger Garlic Paste as shown in video for that size of Ginger we had to take 2 Big sized garlic.
We had to prepare ginger garlic paste we need 2.5 spoon.
We had to choke the onions in to small Pieces with equal sizes and grind it in to paste.
Paste should look like shown in video.After the onion paste is preapared.
After prepaing onion paste take a pan and place 3 spoons oils.Spoon should be like shown in video.Hope every one use that spoon.
Pan should be heated slightly.No need to heat oil.Just place the Onion paste in to the pan and mix it well. Make sure No water in the pan.Onion paste contains water be carefull while placing past
We had to mix until it turns in to slight Dark red.
After some time of Mixing water in the onions evoparate and will be sticky to pan.In that case place another spoon of oil and mix it.Paste should not be sticked to pan.
After Slight color change we had to be near pan and mix it well.or else it will stick.If Paste was sticked to Pan Curry taste will be spoiled.If uunable to mix continiously place the stove in low heat.
as shown in the video Paste color should look like that it was not spoiled.Once agin if u feel paste was sticky to pan place 1 more spoon oil dont use more than spoon oil.If u use curry will be oily
Keep the stove in low heat and place the ginger garlic paste as said early.and mix it well for 5 more minutes.
If the Ginger and garlic paste was not mixed well and heated well curry will be smelled bad,If needed Place 1 more spoon oil.
To make sure Ginger and Garlic paste was mixed and heated well smell it.If the smell was strong heat it for some more time,Smell should not be strong.
Now place Turmeric Powder 1/4 Spoon and Chilli Powder 3 Spoons.if u want spicy add more Chilli powder.and add 2.5 spoons Salt and mix it well for 2 minutes.Low heat is enough
Now place Chicken in the pan and mix it well with paste in the pan and heat the pan for 5 minutes untl the water in the chicken evaporates.It means chicken should be stiff.Take out liver.
After the water in the chicken evaporates and get stiff .Now plae Masala Powder Add 2.5 Spoon.Mix it well
Now place the liver in Pan and make sure it was in middle of pan and chicken covered on dont place any plate heat it for some time without mixing.some oil comes out.
Now place water in tha pan until the chicken pieces are drowned in water.Now heat water until bubble comes
After Bubble comes.Keep the Heat in low and place a plate on it and wait for 10 to 15 minutes
After 10 to 15 minutes make sure the piece was cooked well if not cooked wait for few minutes and add coriander and curry leafs and mix well.
Now take out the plate and let water evaporate from curry.
Thats it Now Curry was Prepared now taste it in boryani or White rice.
