Sitting in stillness and centering is so important. So just take a moment with me and let's just
connect into love.
You know um- bring your thoughts, your mind, back down...down into your heart for a moment.
You might want to close your eyes and just - just feel that...feel that heart again.
You know, it helps to open the chest sometimes. You can pull your shoulders back. Take a deep
breath. And say, "Aaaaah"
THAT helps to get the flow going, too.
And sitting at peace...
And just allowing that to start to run your life from that space is one of the first steps
because when we're in that space, we get to know a lot more about what's happening in
our own lives and with other people. That's the space that has infinite wisdom and divine
healing
and we can start to transmute negative energy from that place. There's a Buddhist practice
where you breathe in darkness and breathe out light and it all happens in that lung
area. This is your life first so that is gonna be your resource. That's the well, so when
you go give water to the village, it's important to come back to this well and refill.
So just remember that you have this infinite resource and it's in you,and it's in your
heart. It comes through that action of deliberate consciousness, mindfulness of being in the
heart and body, and just do that with me if you feel like you're getting off track.
