Village. Alright, so now we're going to show you a kicking exercise. You can use a kickboard
like the one we have and you can use a noodle if you have it in your local pool. So we're
going to push off the wall slightly, it doesn't have to be strong. Okay, I'm going to place
my hands like that and Rotem's hand is slightly different position, you can choose whatever
is more comfortable for you. Kick and make sure that you kick the whole time to keep
the balance. Okay, if you were in Rotem's position, you can't do bubbles, but if you
were in my position that stimulates the streamline position, you can actually do bubbles. It
works like this and make sure you practice that a lot.
