for my apartment?' Of course nobody wants to complete a sale and feel as though they've
left a lot of money on the table, so in order to ensure yourself that you've done everything
possible to achieve the best price for your home, again you consult the professionals
and you make sure that your home is presented in the best possible way. Now one of the tricks
of getting the best price is setting a fair price. One of the mistakes a lot of people
make is overpricing their home because they're so afraid that they won't get the best price
and they'll leave money on the table that they overvalue their asset and it sits on
the market for month after month after month. And this is something we strongly discourage
because the longer your home sits on the market, the more it depreciates in value because it

price for their home, is to put it out there, create some excitement. Of course it's looking
its best because you've had it staged, you've had it cleaned, you've had it painted. People
are going to walk in and say 'I want to live here.' And then they will pay up for your
house. So make it look good, price it fair, create the excitement right from the beginning.
