Yin yang
is Taiji and taiji
is yin yang but the question is then what
we already know if you have any yin and yang then it is taijii so in order to
do Taiji we must have yin and yang
what is yin and yang? There are several levels
but at the very beginning you can simply say
they yin and yang are two different things
meaning if it is this, it is not that
so when you are moving when you are doing this
with this part in the body with your hand the rest of your body cannot do that
and so this is a very very rough estimation of yin and yang.
My hand is going out my body cannot go out just like this here.
and this is level 1. Level two is
when your hand is going out the corresponding part
cannot go out so now we are not talking about the rest
because the rest is too general you have to be specific
the hand is anchored on one part of your body
but each time when the hand moves it anchors on something else
so if I go like this it anchors on this if I go like this
the anchors on here if I go like this the anchors on the bottom
So now it's directional and position changes
but it really is not changing because it's the same as when you weigh something on
a scale
the the more weight you put
the more counterweight you have to use so that does not mean there is a change
is just the same theory has to be
carried out and there is that consistency there. So now that that's
level 2
that one one thing moves the corresponding part
must not move. That's level two. Level three is one one thing moves
the corresponding part must move in opposite directions
and that's why we do not talk about this too early because at the very beginning
you cannot understand your body if you don't understand your body
you cannot say move the opposite you don't know where opposite is.
and so this is level a a
layer 3 layer Four is
in the end it's not which moves what
is that all actions are huge on
a relationship so a relationship is what later on we call alignment
when we have actions and it's a guarantee that he doesn't matter
waht level you are at
the actions were employing multiple body parts
and at level 4 how to move each party is not important
is that all those parts must follow
a line, meaning that there is an internal relationship
and the relationship is not visible it is not concrete is not something
it's a relationship same as that to every day
the earth turns around we have twenty-four hours 24 hours the way the
earth is turning
its different from eating food is different from the table
is two different from a piece rock you cannot touch it. Almost like saying
time is not concrete you cannot touch it but it's real
relationship these also real but you cannot touch it.
Say that there were two people on the like each other and it's real
but you cannot say what that means you cannot really feel it
in Taiji we have actions but the more important thing at level four
is how the actions relate the relationship
you the and the relationship is the end the relationship is
Taiji and the relationship is what is called what has been called internal
because it is real and yet you cannot see it and when you touch it
it feels like something but you cannot measure it the fact that you cannot
physically touch it and measure it does not mean it's not real
