Give the workers their rights
Some employers might delay paying the worker his wage,
while the latter work for the sake of satisfying his needs, sustaining his family, and even paying his bills and debts
Some employers use workers and delay paying their wages
to be able to invest the money, maybe for two, three or four months or even a year before paying the money to them
Moreover, some employers might even pay a lesser wage than that agreed upon,
others charge the worker with extra work hours,
for example, he used to work for eight hours, and he becomes charged with ten hours
without receiving any compensation for the extra two hours
On this occasion, we cannot but recall what the Messenger (p.) said: "Whoever wrongs an employee in his wage,
to wrong him means to deny him his wage,
maybe because he is weak and he has no one, such as a lawyer, to defend his right,
so he wrongs him and pays him lesser than what he is worthy of,
for example, he is entitled to ten, but he gives him five:
“Whoever wrongs an employee in his wage Allah will fail his work”
This means that if the employer fasts, prays, performs pilgrimage and Umra and any other religious duty, but he wrongs his workers,
Allah will not accept his work and it will be as if he has not performed any duty
