MA-URI Life without limitations
When I came across MA-URI, it was a period in my life when I really needed changes.
MA-URI brought these changes almost immediately.
The training itself is designed in a way which forces you to confront many of your barriers.
It was difficult for me, but on the other hand I saw effects almost immediately.
I noticed how much simpler life was.
And this is precisely what attracted me all the time.
Changes are actually the only sure thing in life.
We may either make changes or wait for them to occur.
I preferred to adopt an active approach.
If somebody truly wants to learn what MA-URI is about,
to gain an in-depth knowledge of the philosophy,
to find out what the massage, bodywork and MA-URI dances are,
he/she can come to the workshop, to our training.
The flow of energy, the movement is an absolutely essential quality in MA-URI.
Both on the level of flexibility,
changeability of convictions, as well as in the massage.
The person giving a massage all the time
dances while touching the body of the person lying on the table.
That’s why dances are also so important in MA-URI.
Dances which actually represent work with energy,
which is simply oriented in many different directions.
Each dance focuses on something different.
There is a dance which helps you to
find your rooting, fundamentals, consolidation of your own living space.
There is a dance which helps to deepen, heal the relationship with the world.
Everything that defines the relationship: me and the world.
MA-URI dances are strongly rooted in the culture of their origin.
For me, a particularly important dance is Albatross.
It’s a dance which…
I start to feel the flow; if I dance it for a sufficiently long time,
at one point something starts to happen.
Albatross is an exceptional dance, full of passion.
It’s a dance about our relationship with the world,
but also about fulfillment of our dreams,
about what effect we have on the world.
If you work only with your mind,
then you only act on the level of your mind,
on the level of your thoughts.
Naturally, thoughts are also a form of energy.
But only when you start acting on the level of your body,
when you add to it movement and passion,
when you muster all your emotions to imagine how this dream is realized,
and when you start to think about this dream in your dance,
when there is this exceptional fusion of your mind, body and heart
– then there is such a great force that you are able to send this energy into the world.
As a result, situations become favorable to you,
people become favorable to you.
They occur at the right moment and suddenly you notice
that your dream is becoming fulfilled in this way.
MA-URI massage is full of expression, full of passion.
The person giving the massage moves all the time with dancing steps,
he/she massages using lower arms to the rhythm of music.
Breathing, movement, intention,
they all increase the level of energy in the body of the person lying on the table.
And thanks to this, it is possible to free oneself from tension, stress,
to release different traumas, emotions, to change convictions.
With MA-URI, on the one hand you may experience being massaged
and on the other hand – being the person who gives a massage.
When I am being massaged,
I feel that my body longs for a touch so much that it is grateful for being touched.
That thanks to this touch it can be healed, that my soul can be healed.
After the massage, I feel amazing, it hasn’t changed at all.
Actually, the massage helps to obtain a sense of release from stress,
but also gives a great energy boost.
It’s something fantastic.
Everything depends on what I’m coming to massage with.
If I need to relax, relaxation will come;
if I need energy, inspiration or a better insight into myself,
it will also come during the massage.
The range of possibilities with MA-URI is absolutely infinite.
MA-URI always responds to the needs of a given person,
to what this person comes with when asking for a massage.
There are people who need to find internal peace.
Somebody says for example: “I’m so stressed out;
I can’t sleep; I cannot calm down;
I need to find some internal quiet.”
There are people who go through a very difficult period in their lives,
for example because of a divorce or separation,
or loss of a close person, and they simply break down.
They break down from feelings, emotions, grief and anger.
Then the massage is the time when this person may free her/himself
from all these emotions on the table, may cry, scream, say goodbye.
There are people who say: “I don’t know what to do.
I’m at the crossroads at the moment and I don’t know whether to go right or left.
I need inspiration and direction.”
Then, the massage will be given in this intention.
Of course, the whole work will be focused on this person obtaining a message
an impulse from within him/herself.
Because one of the most important principles of MA-URI
is a belief that everything that we need is in ourselves,
which means that we only need to discover our own resources,
this knowledge, and then we will know,
it will be clear to us what we need to do and where to go.
Obviously, it is also possible that
someone may come to a massage with a symptom and say:
“I feel pain; my back hurts; my knees hurt; I have headaches.
Nothing helps anymore. Let’s do something about that.”
Then we look at what lies behind this pain.
We know that it is only a symptom of the external world, of the physical body.
Yes, the basic MA-URI principle is that you are your own healer,
that you know best what can help you.
In reality, my role is only to help you find this knowledge
and answer the question: “What can I do to be happier?
What can I do to give meaning to my life?”
MA-URI teaches you that your life is in your own hands,
and that it depends on you what your life will be like.
It depends on your energy level, on your thoughts.
Life is a stream of projections that we carry within ourselves.
By choosing my thoughts and emotions, by changing my beliefs,
I can shape the world around me.
I can build relationships, I can affect situations.
This is crucial in MA-URI
– the fact that I myself create what happens in my life.
