Hello, my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you several quick
and easy Vietnamese dishes. Before we make the soup we have to blanch the beef neck bones
in some water first. So we have to have a big pot of water. Let it boil and then we
would put the raw neck bones into the boiling water. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes and then
you would see all the fat and the *** floating from the top of the water. Those are the stuff
we need to get rid of so we would dump the water and just take out the bone. We would
even rinse it with some cold water so all the access fat on the surface of the bone
would be rinsed off. Last, we would cut the onion in 2 piece, 1 piece we would use it
later the other one we can keep the skin on.
