Hallo and welcome to the easiest way to make samosas. I prefer mostly to use ready made
spring roll pastry. As this minimizes time consumption.
First take two spring roll sheets and place them on top of each other.
With a sharp knife divide the pastry as shown in the video. Put one half aside and start
rolling the other half by taking the top right edge and pull it towards you so that it forms
a triangular shape. Then roll it again once more and apply a mixture of wet pastry on
the last side before putting it together. Then fill the pastry with whatever you like,
mince meat is my favourite, or chopped cubed potatoes. Deep fry them in hot oil for atleast
five six minutes or until you see the colour turns to golden brown.
