What are you preparing today? Ridge Gourd Bajji (Fritters).
Ingredients required to prepare Ridge Gourd Bajji :
Tender Ridge Gourd, Ajwain seeds, Coriander powder, Red Chilli powder
Cooking Soda, Salt, Ginger-Garlic paste, Cumin seeds, Oil.
Peel off the skin of Ridge Gourd.
Cut this into small round pieces.
Add Ajwain seeds to Gram flour.
Add Cumin seeds & Ginger-Garlic paste.
Add Coriander powder.
Add a pinch of Cooking Soda.
Add Red Chilli powder.
Add Salt to taste.
Add sufficient water to make a smooth batter.
Heat Oil in a pan for deep frying.
Dip the Ridge Gourd pieces in this batter.
Fry them in Oil.
Once cooked, drain the excess Oil & shift to a serving plate.
