On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how
to make bake chicken with mojo. I'm taking off the fat in between the chicken; I don't
want it to be fatty. It is great so that way you don't have a lot of fat in your chicken
and it is healthy. I used a little bit of vinegar, you can use lemon juice or lime but
make sure you rinse it off thoroughly. So that way the chicken does not taste like any
of that like vinegar or anything like. I'm going to take a knife and proceed to cut this
fat stuff off. I'm going to take the knife and cut this fat off like this. Just make
sure you cut it off, just the fatty stuff. You don't want any of that fat in there. Just
make sure you cut it and I'm going to cut the tail. I don't like the back of the tail
like that. This is open for me to stuff my garlic later on, you have to kind of open
up the chicken a little bit. Make sure you open the inside to and start opening it up
a little bit by not tearing the top too much and rinsing it out.
