As long as Egyptian blood is cheap,
Down, down with any president!
Ashraf Abbas,
member of the 'Nation without torture' movement.
We want to send a message today
to the state coroner's office:
you are complicit in the crimes of the Interior Ministry.
If the interior ministry is a tool of regime repression
you are their partners in crime,
by falsifying the medical reports of martyrs
from Khalid Said to Mohammad al-Gindi
as well as Isam Atta and Sa'd Said.
All the medical reports issued by the Interior Ministry
and the state coroner's office are false.
The former kills and the latter fakes the reports,
and justice is lost by the wayside.
Listen to me big boss,
I'm going to tell you a dark secret,
Tomorrow the revolution will rise up, boss,
and there won't be any stars left on that shoulder of yours!
Baha Mubashi, Mohammad Al-Gindi's friend
and member of the central organizing committee of the Popular Current.
We're putting pressure on all the official organisms
responsible for the incident, and the subsequent investigation
until we get our full legal rights
- and of course we're mobilizing peacefully,
protesting, making official demands,
talking to the media,
those are our methods, until we get justice
and not just for Mohammad, but for all our martyrs.
Tell me sir, tell me boss,
Why did you kill him, what did he do?
Khalid Muhammad Atta, Isam Atta's brother.
The state coroner issued a report on Isam's death
claiming that Isam died from the anesthetic drip in the hospital.
Based on that report the state prosecutor's office
ordered the case closed.
